TOSDEF project was formed to address the plight of the urban churches that have no plots and thus run on rental facilities. The high price of plots in urban areas discourages church plant and cannot be handled by a single church. As a result we closed down many of our churches due to high cost of rent and lack of permanency. Despite the high level of rural to urban migration of youths, church plant in the urban remains a challenge. We decided to bring our churches together, but still the challenge is great to settle a single church.
